1.
As I lay beside your corpse Bisected endorphin source Lifeless eyes your chest stands still Fucked you like an animal Animal Skin ripped off your rotting flesh Drilling through your skull with ease, ending your life May god have mercy on your soul There is no second chance Into a casket you are rolled Forever rot A desperate escape route, cutting off all loose ends Burning flesh, melted eyes Your acts obscured I need you to be enslaved Knowing nothing but constrain Shattered rib cage, twinging lungs Knowing not where you come from Where you come from Free of life is what they say Consoling words mean nothing, when you're to die May god have mercy on your soul There is no second chance Into a casket you are rolled Forever rot...
2.
Religion and everything it destroys Trying to foresee an outcome where you have a choice A fleeting moment of creation You're just another commodity for its collection Don't Religion's destructive nature Religion's destructive nature You are what you think you're not Instantly pumped up full of shots Exactly when do you decide the path you want take in life? The way we rot is so discreet, you achieve one embellished feat
3.
I can see your intentions just by the way you look A desperate cry for attention, needs never unhooked Your feelings taking full control A being destined to fall prey to Pure greed, withdraws our human sense Blinded from what was to comfort Spiritual growth is just a notion Oblivious to the true threat Insubordinate to all who pray For a better, trivial life You want to be known as the one who started it all But you know what you really are, just a mere pretender Just a game of fear Unfaithful promises to the one who grants you what you want You cannot find peace unless you end the archaic stupor Death behind every corner, greed is what it brought Your life lived to all its worth, in hell now you shall rot Your feelings taking full control A being destined to fall prey to Pure greed, withdraws our human sense Blinded from what was to comfort
4.
Last to eat, first to die Maggots crawling through the trenches of your mind See the war, flesh and gore Watch it all unravel through your bloodshot eyes Helpless shell, road to hell This is all a figment of your conscious fear Grab the sheets, feel your ego fleet In the trenches of your sick and twisted mind Centre of the universe See the signs Buried in the ashes Close your eyes Trenches of the mind Air gets thin with time Trenches of the mind As a victim, you are blind Field of pain The promises were made Bleeding at your face Let it carry you away Road to hell

Spawning early 2021 on a small island in the Mediterranean called Malta, four likeminded individuals band together to produce a crushing demo sure to make any Death Metal fan feel right at home. With this project Morsrot accomplished what they set out to do but they aren't even close to finished, playing live shows at every opportunity and refining their sound with every rehearsal and show. Keep an eye out for these 4 lunatics they might just hit your town soon enough...
